Corn bread

Skjaldarvik Corn bread

10 dl Whole flour

5 dl mixed seeds

2 dl oatmeal

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons baking powder

2 tablespoons honey

6-8 dl water

2 table spoons lemmon juice

(sometimes I add walnuts or coconut into the dough as well.)

Mix the dry ingredients together, next the rest and stir together.

put into baking forms and bake it on 180c for about 35 min
