5 dl mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesam and more)
2 dl oatmeal
200 gr. Whole wheat or Spelt
1,5 dl oil
2 tsp maldon salt
6-8 dl. water
Its also very good to put grated cheese on top and even some spices, but it is better to reduce the salt in the recipe ie If spice is salty
All mixed and poured onto a plate and bake in oven for 30 min at 170-180 gr.
I turn it around when about 10 minutes left of baking time, you have to bake it until is completely dry.
